2024 General Election Voter Guide
I had not really planned on putting out a Voter Guide for the general election, but several folks have asked me to, so here you go. It’s a combination of our recommendations, as well as a couple of nice guides put out by friends of WTPCassMO. We hope you find it helpful, and easy to use.
Prayer Service - Cass County Courthouse
There will be a prayer service for the upcoming election at the Cass County Courthouse THIS Sunday, November 3rd, at 6:00pm. Please come and petition our Lord to intervene on behalf of the unborn, young children confused about their bodies, and the direction of our county and the state of Missouri.
Prayer Rally - Pleasant Hill
There will be a prayer rally at Manna Fellowship Church, in Pleasant Hill on November 2nd, at 5:00pm.
Jennifer is Still Fighting
I know I’ve asked this of you all before, but the Wiley family is still far short of their goal. That has not stopped them from continuing to show up day in, and day out, fighting for all of us, while waging their own quiet war on cancer. Just yesterday, Amanda posted this on Facebook:
This is just an example of how Amanda and her whole family show up, over and over, concerned about the same things we are. Please help us bless this wonderful family in a mighty way. Even if you cannot donate in a monetary way, would you sign up to pray for their family?
As a reminder, or for those who have not yet heard, Jennifer, loving wife and mother of this wonderful family, has been diagnosed with breast cancer, and due to some unfortunate circumstances, finds herself in need of finances to pay for some expensive treatments. Would you please prayerfully consider donating $50 - $100 to help them cover these costs? Regardless, would you join me in praying for Jennifer and her family in this difficult time? Our God is an awesome God, He is the Great Physician, and He owns the cattle on a thousand hills.
Reminder - J.J. Carrell Coming in November
I believe he will have copies of his book available for sale that night. We will be starting the meeting early that evening, at 6:30, to give J.J. as much time as possible to give us the full story.
PLEASE NOTE: The subject matter for this meeting will be particularly sensitive, so we are recommending children not attend.
